This is why I prefer Victorian literature and its mid-20th century counterpart.Eric Phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11298510177751000842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662020266079265310.post-67112457374581788362011-03-18T18:48:27.092-07:002011-03-18T18:48:27.092-07:00haha yeah wow I know what you mean about everythin...haha yeah wow I know what you mean about everything being published these days turns out to be shit. I generally enjoy short story books by authors like David Sedaris or Haruki Murakami, which are humorous or different than the standard. I also really love Neil Gaiman, whose stories deal with the magical and supernatural in a way that intertwines it with reality. I know how it feels to hate reading because of school, but outside of school, read something different. Get away from classic literature. Hell, indulge in some mindless action book if it'll help. I don't ever do that, but try something different.Christophehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04708734323335590761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662020266079265310.post-16667456015582912512011-03-18T04:51:21.450-07:002011-03-18T04:51:21.450-07:00I agreeI agreeScottDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07967539053500481168noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662020266079265310.post-49194744039853527692011-03-18T03:52:21.155-07:002011-03-18T03:52:21.155-07:00I can't remember the last time I read a modern...I can't remember the last time I read a modern book.....Erikahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02602254009932318031noreply@blogger.com
